Coral Princess Cruises pioneered the concept of small ship expedition cruising, they are Australia's longest established adventure cruise operator and started operating Great Barrier Reef cruises in 1984. Their dream has long been to share with others the great beauty, diverse cultures, dramatic landscapes and remote coastlines.

Location: 24 Redden Street, Cairns.

 

Operating Hours: Head office 8.00am to 5.00pm.

 

Departures: Operation is 7 days a week.

Help Notes:

  • Bring your camera, swimwear, hat, sunscreen and smart cool casual clothing for the evening. A light jacket is handy for cooler nights at sea. You will not require any formal attire onboard.  A pair of hiking shoes/boots for the Cook’s Look walk on the Cairns –Lizard Island – Cairns and Cairns - Lizard Island - Townsville v.v. cruises is also recommend.
  • Townsville departures are from the Townsville Breakwater Terminal, Sir Leslie Thiess Drive. Cairns departures are from the Cairns Trinity Wharf.
  • It is  highly recommended that all passengers purchase appropriate travel insurance prior to departure.

3 Nights Cairns - Townsville or Townsville - Cairns
Enjoy 3 nights of discovery and adventure exploring Australia's renowned tropical paradise and World Heritage Marine and National Parks. With a maximum of just 50 passengers, your environmental experience will be both personal and memorable.Enjoy the many water activities on offer or simply take the time to relax on the sundeck or in the spa. The choice is yours!

Minimum Numbers: No minimum numbers.

Maximum Numbers: 50.

Suitable for Disabled Clients: Determined on a case-by-case basis. Not suitable for wheelchair access.

Child Discount: Applies for 2 children sharing aged 4 to 14 years. Children under 4 years free of charge.

Family Rate:  Triple share rate when 2 adults and 1 child share.

Departs: Saturday from Cairns at 11:00am (alternate Saturdays for departures March to October).

Departs: Tuesday from Townsville at 1:00pm (alternate Tuesdays for departures March to November).

Inclusions:  All meals, morning and afternoon teas, 24 hours tea / coffee, use of snorkeling equipment, masks and fins, guided glass bottom boat coral viewing and snorkeling excursions, presentations by Marine Biologists, access to islands, marine and national parks, use of range of library and video resources, introductory scuba experience for first time divers.

Exclusions: Pre and post cruise transfers, bar and shop purchases, shop to shore telephone and facsimile calls, costs associated with scuba diving,  Government Environmental Management Charge.


4 Nights Cairns - Lizard Island - Cairns
Cruise Trinity Bay;  visit historical Cooktown and one of the remote uninhabited islands of the Great Barier Reef.  Discover the beautiful Lizard Island’s fringing reef, in the shallow waters off the beach, offering some fantastic snorkelling opportunities. Discover giant clams and a profusion of fish or simply relax on the beach. An incredible underwater world will be revealed to you at our numerous exclusive reef sites.
