EasyAs 3 and 5 Day Learn to Ski/Snowboard Package

EXCLUSIVE to us this program is all about making learning to ski or ride easy and fun.  On arrival into Queenstown collect your Mypass from the Snow Centre. The rental clothing will then be available from a dedicated desk manned by an EasyAs host.  On your first day up the mountain an EasyAs host will be at the arrivals area to guide you to the equipment rental area and explain where you need to go.

 

Features:  

  • Snowline Express return mountain transport OR Queestown hotel transport
  • 2 x 1 hour 30 minute group lessons on Day 1
  • 1 x 1 hour 50 minute Group Lesson on the remaining duration of your package
  • Clothing and Equipment rental for the duration of your package
  • Limited Lift access for days 1 and 2.  Full Mountain Lift access on the remaining days of your package. 

 

Benefits:   Eliminates the need for you to book individual components. 


1 Day Starter Pack - Ski or Snowboard

This is a one day product designed for the absolute first time skier or snowboarder. If you've never been on snow before then this is the package for you. For multi-day options combine this package with the Novice or Progression Pack.

 

Features:

  • 2 x 1 hour 30 minute group lessons,
  • Beginner lift pass (access to carpet lifts and handle tows only),
  • Skis, boots and poles / snowboard and boots.

 

Benefits:  Learn to ski or board with confidence whilst having fun. Under the expertise of our instructors you will learn the basic skills of staying upright, stopping, riding the surface lifts and basic turning.

 

Please Note:  Groups of less than 3 people receive equivalent instruction of one hour. Starter Pack lessons must be taken on the same day.


1 Day Novice Pack - Ski and Snowboard

This is a one day package designed for the second time skier or snowboarder. If you've been skiing or snowboarding once before or haven't been in a while, this is your ideal choice. For multi-day options, purchase this package in conjunction with the Progression Pack.

 

Features:

  • A 1 hour 50 minute group lesson,
  • Beginner lift pass plus access to the novice chairs (Meadows at Coronet Peak and Alta at The Remarkables),
  • Skis, boots and poles / snowboard and boots.

 

Benefits:  Build confidence and gain greater control as you progress to the easy green trails.

1 - 3 Day Progression Packs - Ski and Snowboard

This pack is ideal for anyone who has skied or snowboarded before and is available in single or multi-day options. It's perfect for a novice needing a refresher of the basic skills and fundamentals of skiing or snowboarding, through to an expert wanting to fine tune their technique. This pack is also suitable for someone who has completed a Starter or Novice Pack and wants to continue with group lessons.

 

Features:

  • A 1 hour 50 minute group lesson,
  • Full mountain lift pass,
  • Recreational skis, boots and poles / snowboard and boots.

 

Benefits:  Whether you want to build on your basic skills, grow in confidence on challenging terrain or iron out any bad habits, our experienced instructors can help.

Kea Club

This is the place to be for young skiers and riders, maximum participation and fun for all abilities!   Kea Club is for children aged 5 to15 years (minimum age for Snowboarding is 8 years). 

Features:

  • Lessons and Lunch (Lift pass if free of charge)
  • A full day (../index.php/9.50am-3.50pm)

 

Additional Add Ons:

  • Rental equipment
  • Clothing hire
  • Lesson only (no lunch)

 

Benefits:  Learn to slide with confidence whilst having fun with other children of similar age and ability.  


Please Note:  Lessons are not pre booked, so on the day these are required prepare to be at the mountain early to secure your spot.  

Skiwiland child minding facilities are available for 3 months to 5 year olds and must be booked direct.  We recommend pre-booking as spaces are extremely limited. 

 


Group Lessons

Whether you're new to the slopes or an expert looking to improve your technique, you can be sure we have a training programme that's made for you. Get the tips, pointers and skills to progress to the next level in a fun and safe environment.

 

Features:  Group lessons provide 1 hour 50 minutes tuition in groups of similar ability. Adult and youth (16 - 17 years) lessons are available and may be combined. Families wanting lessons together (adults and children) should book a private lesson as we cannot guarantee you will be placed in the same group.

NZ SuperPass

The popular NZ SuperPass is your ticket to the ultimate New Zealand winter experience. The unique flexibility of the SuperPass allows holders to exchange individual days for a variety of non-ski products (NZ$77 value), ideal for when the weather or your muscles let you down. Explore the picturesque regions of Queenstown, Methven and Canterbury with over 70 of the best attractions on offer. Activities include jet boating, bungee jumping, massages, shopping, bars, restaurants and much more. There really is something for everyone to enjoy.

 

Please Note:  Alternative activities may require an additional payment on the day. Your NZSuperPass booklet on arrival will clearly show the activities on offer and the differences in price.


Snowline Express - Snow Centre to Coronet Peak & The Remarkables Return Transfers

The Snowline Express is a daily scheduled service that runs the primary routes from the Snow Centre in Duke Street to the ski areas. This service cannot be pre booked and runs every 15-20 minutes from 8.00am until the last bus at 11.30am. Return services operate from 1.30pm until the last bus at 4.30pm 

 

Please Note:  Queenstown hotel transfers can be arranged.
