Wine on Waiheke is a deluxe vineyard tour combining world class wine set against the backdrop of this stunning island. You will be transported by luxury coach travel to enjoy premium tastings at three of Waiheke’s finest vineyards.  Your tour concludes by transporting you back to Matiatia wharf. From here the choice is yours. Hop on a ferry and reminisce in your memorable afternoon on your way back to Aucklandcity or treat yourself further and take advantage of the All Day Bus Pass to continue exploring the Island, and ferry home later from Matiatia at your convenience.

Age Restrictions: Minimum age is 5 years old, children aged 5 to 15 receive child discount.

Includes: Wine Tastings at three of Waiheke's finest vineyards. Ferry travel to and from the island.

Departure: 1.00pm from the Downtown Auckland Ferry Terminal. Closed Christmas Day, Good Friday and Anzac Day


Rangitoto Volcanic Explorer Tour

On your arrival at the island you will be met by our Rangitoto Guide and escorted to the 4WD road-train for a journey of discovery. Along the way you’ll learn of Rangitoto’s fiery past andthe amazing climate that has allowed lush growth to flourish amongst the lava on the island. Journey through the largest Pohutukawa forest in the world, a treasured fern glen and rugged lava terrain as you make your way to the base of the summit of Rangitoto. From there it’s a 900 metre walk along a scenic boardwalk to the top. Here you’ll be rewarded with 360-degree views of the islands of the Hauraki Gulf and back to Auckland city.  Tour duration is 4 to 5 hours. Although there's not a great deal of walking, it's a good idea to bring water, a snack, sun screen anda hat, as the island can get very hot.

Child Discount:  Available for children aged 5 to 15 years. 4 and under free of charge.

Includes:  Return Rangitoto Ferry and fully commentated 2 hour guided 4WD road train tour.

Departures: 12.15pm ( Monday to Friday ).  9.15am and 12.15pm ( Saturday to Sunday ).
